I know that my behavior has changed since I moved into Tracey’s Place. My beliefs have changed, and the way that I approach situations is different. It took me about a month to commit, but I saw a change in myself once I put in the work to change my mentality.
Tracey’s Place has helped me with having a different mindset and perspective on life. When I’m having a hard time, I try to look at things in a positive light and see that the work that I’ve put in here is for the best and will help me in the long run. I have also learned to accept my past and move forward rather than holding onto negativity and grudges.
I met Fred at the grand opening of Tracey’s Place of Hope, which was a really cool experience. Angela comes by the house often, and I remember one time she sat down with all of the girls in the house to talk about Tracey’s past and let us talk about our past experiences. It helped me to see that there are reasons that rules are set in place at Tracey’s Place of Hope and they are meant to help us, not control us.
The 21st annual Hall of Fame Invitational was a huge success! Stay tuned for more information on the 22nd Invitational in 2026, which promises to be just as fabulous.

While our Foundation has made a positive impact, there continues to be a high risk of human trafficking for girls between the ages of 10 and 18.
For over 25 years, The Biletnikoff Foundation has provided hope and healing to children and young people in need. Specifically:
The history of giving at The Biletnikoff Foundation has been to high-risk teens. Our most recent focus has been on funding the Healing Center to provide housing services for homeless transition-aged youth 18-24, as well as victims of human trafficking ages 10-18.
The total number of clients served at Tracey’s Place of Hope has been 289 since 2014, with over 2500 physiotherapy service hours. 100% were female.
In 2024 the Healing Center opened, serving over 60 clients at a time while they attending a credited School in Clark County with 24-hour wrap-around services.
For Fiscal Year 2024, our Administrative costs were 15%, allowing the balance of 85% of donations to go directly to our various programs.
